Created in India, batik for these shirts is handcrafted by artisans in a village near Bhuj, Gujarat, India.
By collaborating with local craftspeople, we decentralize our supply chain, providing artisans with opportunities in their own communities. Pre-dyed fabric is then transformed in a fair wage factory in Delhi. This specialized facility minimizes waste by reusing any fabric scraps for patchwork. Each item may feature extra embroidery or patches to optimize leftover fabric, maintaining the same quality and aesthetic. Wear this unique piece with pride.
Each product is handcrafted using fabrics either collected from factories or made from recycled yarns. What we waste is separated and made into our accessories. While it is challenging to work with limitations that comes with Upcycling and recycling material we love creating well finished high quality pieces without adding any extra pressure on our natural resources to produce virgin material and save tonnes of fabric from landfills each year.
