We offer 100% free shipping on ALL Australian orders.

International orders will incur a small shipping fee depending on your location and this will be calculated at checkout. 

Need your order ASAP? We offer express shipping for a small fee. This is calculated at checkout four you.

International orders are accepted and the cost is calculated at checkout. We are unable to offer express international shipping.

Please note: due to COVID-19, there may be small delays on domestic orders. For international orders, these delays may be higher due to customs laws. We apologise for this inconvenience, but we hope you understand that this is out of our control.

RETURNS

All Australian customers are entitled to free returns with in 10 days from when their order was delivered.*

For example, if you receive your order on 12th, then you have until the 22nd to notify us that you wish to return an item. We are unable to accept returns beyond 10 days from when it was delivered

We do offer free exchanges for a more suitable size of the same product. However, we are unable to accept a second returns for the exchanged item.

*Please note that there are 3 exclusions to our returns policy:
• All sale items under $50
• Beauty products that have been opened or used in any way (such as skincare, cosmetics, grooming, etc)
• Any underwear due to hygiene reasons

For any faulty items, we must be notified within 7 days of delivery that there is a fault with the product. Otherwise, it is hard to distinguish whether the garment was washed, worn or altered incorrectly... as opposed to the product itself being faulty.

International customers are entitled to a similar returns policy, but are responsible for the return shipping costs.
