Need your order ASAP? We offer express shipping for just $11.97 on all orders over $100. If your order is under $100, then the cost is $16.95.
Standard shipping is only available for international orders, however, please contact us for special circumstances if you require express shipping.
Please note: due to COVID-19, there may be small delays on domestic orders. For international orders, these delays may be higher due to customs laws. We apologise for this inconvenience, but we hope you understand that this is out of our control.
All Australian customers are entitled to free returns with in 10 days from when their order was delivered.*
It's just one way we make shopping ethically super easy!
For example, if you receive your order on 12th, then you have until the 22nd to notify us that you wish to return an item. We are unable to accept returns beyond 10 days from when it was delivered.
Christmas special - free returns on all December orders until December 31st.
We offer a generous & free returns policy because there is nothing sustainable about you owning an item that you can't wear, so please try on your clothes as soon as you get them - fingers crossed they fit perfectly!
We do offer free exchanges for a more suitable size of the same product. However, we are unable to accept returns for an exchanged item. For example, if you order a medium dress and then exchange it to a large, you are then unable to return the new large dress. As a sustainable retailer, it's simply too difficult for us to pay for shipping 4 times and then refund the order.
International customers are entitled to a similar returns policy, but are responsible for the return shipping costs.
*Please note that there are 3 exclusions to our returns policy:
• All sale items under $50
• Beauty products that have been opened or used in any way (such as skincare, cosmetics, grooming, etc)
• Any underwear due to hygiene reasons
You are entitled to free returns on beauty products that have not been opened or used. However, if they have been opened or used, then we are unable to accept a return due to health and hygiene reasons.
For any faulty items, we must be notified within 7 days of delivery that there is a fault with the product. Otherwise, it is hard to distinguish whether the garment was washed, worn or altered incorrectly... as opposed to the product itself being faulty.
Please ensure that you try on your new items as soon as they arrive to ensure you love the style, fit, colour, as well as the very rare chance that there may be a fault with the product.
